Bookings outside of the lady’s home city must be for a minimum of 24 hours. We will only consider overnights or other durations if the journey is approximately 2-3 hours by train. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
For all travel bookings, we require a 40% deposit; the remaining balance must be paid in full by bank transfer.
Travel costs are to include
Her flight, taxi to and from the airport or train station and other expenses occurred whilst travelling. So, in addition to the cost of her flight, we ask for approximately £300 to be paid upfront to cover taxi fares and refreshments whilst at the airport.
If it is an internal flight or journey, then it might be less than £300; again, this can be discussed when booking. Please remember that the taxi at both ends of the journey is your responsibility, which is why we ask for this additional cost to be covered.
All travel costs must be shown as “cleared funds” before any tickets can be booked, and the 40% deposit must be paid before we can block off the lady’s time and add the booking to the diary.
If you cancel the booking, the 40% deposit will be held as credit for your next booking.
If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the lady will require (as a cancellation fee), the one hour rate that is as shown on her profile.
If the lady has already set off on her journey, then she will require some compensation for her time, but this will be mutually agreed upon.
In either case, in addition to the cancellation fee, her full travel costs, including taxes, must be covered.
For trips at short notice (within 72 hours), we recommend that the travel cost and deposit be transferred via Western Union, as we cannot guarantee that your bank transfer will clear in that time. The same rules apply regarding cancellations and the lady’s time and expenses.
Distance and Duration
Short-haul flights within mainland Europe would require a minimum booking of 24 hours, even if they are overnight.
Bookings outside mainland Europe, such as Dubai, must be for a minimum of 72 hours.
Bookings further afield, such as the Far East, must be a minimum of 96 hours in duration.
The booking will be deemed to have started when the lady arrives at her destination and to have ended when she checks in for departure.
Flights – Business vs Economy
We strongly recommend that you book a fully flexible ticket just in case the lady is ill and has to cancel. We will not be held responsible for any loss that is incurred due to a non-flexible ticket being booked.
Please remember that when the lady is with you, she is a companion. Whilst we fully expect her to enjoy her time with you, we urge you to remember that she is still working and expected to behave in a professional manner. Therefore, to fully enjoy the benefit of her companionship, we recommend that, for flights longer than 3 hours, the lady be booked in business class. This is to ensure she arrives refreshed and ready to look after you.
If you do not want the expense of a business class flight, the lady may agree to fly economy. If this is the case, then we insist that you allow the lady to arrive the day before your booking, to stay in a suitable 5* hotel room paid for by you, so that she can relax and be able to greet you the next day feeling refreshed, looking fabulous and full of energy. In these instances, your booking will begin when the lady arrives with you at the original start time of the booking, and you will NOT be charged for the previous day.
