TRAVEL COSTS & DEPOSITS

Clear practical guidance for planning travel with one of our companions, from deposits and ticketing to duration and flight arrangements.

TRAVEL BOOKINGS

All bookings outside of the lady’s home city are deemed travel bookings. They must normally be for at least 24 hours. We will consider overnights or other durations only where the journey is approximately two to three hours by train; we are happy to discuss this with you.

For every travel booking, a 40% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full by bank transfer.

TRAVEL COSTS

Travel costs include her flight, taxis to and from the airport or train station, and expenses incurred while travelling. Alongside the cost of her flight, we ask for approximately £300 upfront to cover taxi fares and refreshments at the airport. For an internal flight or journey, this may be less; it can be discussed when booking.

The taxi at both ends of the journey is your responsibility. All travel costs must show as cleared funds before any tickets can be booked. The 40% deposit must be paid before we can block off the lady’s time and add the booking to the diary.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel, the 40% deposit will be held as credit for your next booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, the lady will require the one-hour rate shown on her profile as a cancellation fee. If she has already begun her journey, compensation for her time will be mutually agreed.

In either case, her full travel costs, including taxes, must be covered in addition to any cancellation fee. For short-notice trips within 72 hours, we recommend transferring the travel cost and deposit via Western Union, as we cannot guarantee a bank transfer will clear in time. It is always best to plan in advance and use Wise where possible.

DISTANCE & DURATION

Short-haul flights within mainland Europe require a minimum booking of 24 hours, even where the arrangement is overnight. Bookings outside mainland Europe, such as Dubai, must be at least 72 hours. Bookings further afield, such as the Far East, must be a minimum of 96 hours.

The booking starts when the lady arrives at her destination and ends when she checks in for departure.

FLIGHTS — BUSINESS OR ECONOMY?

We strongly recommend a fully flexible ticket in case the lady is ill and has to cancel. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss resulting from a non-flexible ticket. For flights longer than three hours, we recommend business class so that she arrives refreshed and ready to enjoy the booking.

If you do not wish to book business class, the lady may agree to fly economy. In that case, she must arrive the day before and stay in a suitable five-star hotel room paid for by you, so she can relax and greet you the next day refreshed and full of energy.

The booking will begin at the original start time, when the lady arrives with you; you will not be charged for the previous day.
