Bossa brings Michelin-star Brazilian dining to London.
Alberto Landgraf has just opened the doors of Bossa for you to experience Brazilian cuisine like never before. Alberto Landgraf has two Michelin stars but this is his first eatery outside of his native Brazil. This young but impressive chef had worked under Gordon Ramsey and Tom Aitkens in London before returning to his motherland to open an Epice in São Paulo. Epice was his first restaurant venture before he made his culinary mark on the world with his successful restaurant Oteque in Rio de Janeiro. Alberto earned himself two prestigious Michelin stars with his focus on subtle yet refined tweaks to traditional dishes.
From Rio de Janeiro to London. Bossa, the latest Mayfair hotspot. It is the perfect backdrop for a hot date. Impress a gorgeous girl with Brazilian fine dining in the heart of Mayfair. Prepared to be wowed by one of the most stylish restaurants London has seen in years. The ambience is first class, the service second to none and we have not even got to the fabulous menu yet.
The whole foundation of this restaurant is Brazilian. The head chef and sommelier flew from Brazil to start new lives in London with Alberto. A very suave individual, Alberto almost obsesses over the finer details to put the fine into fine dining. He even carefully curates the playlist for the restaurant. It is little wonder GQ has awarded this man twice. Add in his two Michelin stars and countless other accolades one imagines Alberto to have a large trophy cabinet.
Bom dia or Bom noite
Whether you are looking for a lustful lunch or a romantic dinner then this is the perfect date venue. You and your beautiful companion will be treated to an extensive menu. Bossa offers a great value set lunch menu which is composed of three courses for £45. Not bad when you fathom that you are dining in Mayfair at a much-celebrated chef’s restaurant. Additionally, Bossa offers private dining if you want to spoil yourself and a lucky date. Similarly, you and your date can sit at the Chef’s counter and watch the dishes come alive so to speak. Indeed, wherever you and your date sit you will have a wonderful meal at Bossa.
As one would expect it is a carnivore’s dream. Pork belly, lamb, steak, and octopus adorn the wonderfully creative menu. The cocktails are fantastic and the wine list is certainly impressive. If ever you were going to order a Caipirinha outside of Brazil then this is the place. Whilst you will not see any Brazilian flags hanging from the ceiling or hear Bossa nova blasting from a speaker this restaurant’s ambiance is most certainly South American. Friendly and passionate, you and your beautiful companion will feel looked after here. Throw out any ideas you have about Brazilian steak houses. No one is roaming around the restaurant sawing off slices of meat here. It is contemporary, stylish, and sophisticated.
